Orders & Delivery

When can I expect my order?
Delivery time varies based on your location and local delivery service. Under normal circumstances you can receive your order within 1-2 working days in the Netherlands & Belgium. For orders shipped to other parts of Europe, it may take 2-5 business days. International deliveries can take up to 2-7 business days. (Please note that during busy periods such as sales and holidays, your order may take longer to arrive.)

How can I check the status of my order?
In the order confirmation you will find a link with which you can view the progress of your order. In addition, you have the option to check the status of all your orders when you are logged into your account on our website.

How can I make adjustments to or cancel my order?
Once we have received your order, it will be immediately forwarded to our warehouse for shipment. If you would like to make any changes or cancel the order, please contact us directly. We will review the status of your order and determine whether any adjustments are possible. If your order has already been processed in our warehouse, you will have to wait for delivery and then you can request a return. Please contact us for this.

I have not yet received confirmation of my order?
Confirmation may take a little longer, especially during periods with many orders. Please wait up to an hour before expecting the confirmation in your inbox. Don't forget to check your spam folder too. If you still haven't received a confirmation after an hour, please double check that the correct email address was entered and send us an email so we can send you a confirmation.

What are the shipping costs?
We do not charge shipping costs on all orders in the Netherlands & Belgium.

We offer free shipping on all orders in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and France.

We offer free shipping on all other European orders above €100. Worldwide orders qualify for free shipping over €200.

Returns & Refunds

“You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €4.25 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@stickytop.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.”
